2012 ROOKIE OF THE YEAR
In 2011 to be considered for rookie of the year.... you will have raced 3 or less races in your racing career. Beginning with your 4th race you will be eligible to be considered for rookie of the year.
You must run 90% of the races in a season to qualify for rookie of the year.
